Hi all, I have an injured rook in my garden it's wing is badly damaged and can't get out as my garden is all fenced in... RSPCA said to call local vets and they are not interested... I have a husky which I can't let out as he's chasing the rook round the garden... Its too big to catch myself and it keeps hiding behind my garden shed. Any advice on who to call if someone could get it and bring it back to health?

I've contacted some local rescues and they've all said they can't deal with it as they're being inundated with birds injured or sick at this time of year. I have a net but it's to big to catch and still has plenty of life in it running round the garden. I feel this one is going to have to be left to nature herself unfortunately
Always sad to witness an injured creature but you can't save them all unfortunately, many thanks for trying
