Woken this morning by the VERY loud chirps of some hungry new family members! I'm not sure what birds they are but one half fell, half flew out of the loft when I went to check. I carefully picked him/her up in a towel and placed back with the rest of the yet unknown number. It was clearly hungry. I know we can't move the nest but the loft turns into a furnace in the summer and I'm not sure what to do for the best.
Also my youngest child has exams next week and being woken up at 4am by hungry mouths isn't ideal, any ideas on what we can do (apart from wait a couple of months) - if we left birdseed would they maybe find it and be a bit quieter? Yes I'm grasping here!
