Yep central Scotland...struggling to find nettles though so will need to raid my other plants for the wee critter

No need for technical terms with me as Wendy knows it will go in one ear and out the other with me lol

Just a wee update...caterpillar has been hanging in the J position since late last night so getting ready to pupate....exciting times lol

You just got to him in time Linda, will be so exciting to see a brand new Comma butterfly emerge (proper term is eclose!)

I thought they looked close to that.

Eclosion. The emergence of a larva from an egg or the imago (adult insect) emerging from the pupal case.
