Yes, I agree it certainly looks like a Common Myna. It's most likely escaped from someone's collection. Do you know anyone locally who keeps birds as they may be looking for it? Do you have a local Facebook group where you could report the sighting?

Hi, as other Tony already stated its a Myna and more likely to be an escapee.

Heres a photo of one I took in NZ a couple of years ago to compare.

It looks like someone has lost their pet Myna bird probably someone local.

Is this a common myna? Heard a funny squawk outside my cellar window this morning to find this little fella hopping around, he flew up to the wire by the time I'd got outside. I'm in West Yorkshire.
