Thanks Mike the grass snake was a first for me, I had seen water snakes before but nothing as large as a grass snake I was well chuffed to see one.
Well done with the grass snake ILR. Nice to see the marsh harrier, I like the shots where it has the undercarriage down
Good stuff ILR, and the grass snake? Very well done! Never seen one I don't think. Thanks for sharing
You certainly get out and about ILR, great collection of shots and sightings
Thanks Snappy, I only saw it for a few seconds, it was five foot long and slithered into the grass out of sight, but it was awesome to see it as I had never seen one before.
Thanks Snappy I liked the same photo too
Thanks PB yes its not something you see very often, It was my first time and I was amazed at the size of it, 5ft Long and it slithered into the grass out of sight within seconds. I was really chuffed to see it and photograph it. I shall probably never see one again ? but I shall always have the memory,
what a variety of wildlife you saw ILR and enjoyed seeing all your photo captures

Thanks Scozmos I love getting out and about in the countryside and I get out as much as I can especially when the weather is good and dry. I also have plenty of wildlife on my doorstep so there is always something to photograph.
