Arriving today, I think this one is a female Ruddy Darter but I could be wrong. Then again it could be a Common Darter. Confused dot com is at work here.

I'll go with Common, Ed.. Yellow stripe on the legs (top half, anyway) and on thorax a pale rectangle enclosed by black lines... Another lovely shot!
