I'm fleecing this dry, cloud laden and windy weather whilst its dry, and making good of the short sun breaks that occur.

Lovely festival of colours on the sunrise Mike, ours have been disappointing to say the least recently. Yours is the first comment of cuckoo I've heard about this year :o)
That sunrise is certainly worth getting out your bed for Mike...so thank you...guess you shall be returning insearch of that Cuckoo...lovely photos thanks for sharing ;-)

Cheers PB. That's where early rises pay dividends, though like everyone else, they have been a very rare commodity this year.
Cuckoo calls are becoming more common, so keep a listening, it won't be long.

It was, and likewise the cuckoo.
