A good start to February, dry, not much cloud, mild and looking like a good morning out,and further to my “Brandon Marsh 18 Jan 2024 and a fluffy tennis ball fest!” post, more fluffy tennis balls….

And of course, other stuff….
.
A nice colourful dawn sky
Click HERE to see the starling murmuration. I note that the numbers seem to be dwindling compared to the pre-Xmas murmurations. I wonder how much is down to birds starting to look for nesting sites.
Still nice to see nonetheless.
Then a nice, but not overly spectacular, sunrise.
“Goosey Goosey Gander lyrics. Goosey goosey gander, Whither shall I wander?”
A great white egret seeking breakie….
A juvenile mute swan flies in
One of two female goosanders fly in and swim towards the hide.
Then the long tailed tit fest….
What better than to end the pics with a robin....

Thanks all.
Next one, a bit overdue, but as the old saying goes, make hay while the sun shines, or in this case, watch the birdies (or plantas) and take piccies while the sun shines....
