The dunnock was taking an intensive bath in the only puddle in the garden - whilst it was hissing down. I'm currently supposing there may be a lack of bathing facilities in the immediate area, and thus an easy win on providing a 'service' for any takers. The cats watched with intent through the patio doors/windows (they're being acclimatised to being house cats).

On top of that I've resurrected a PC that has been powered down for nigh on a decade. When I had it built I requested that it be as future-proof as possible. It has more USB 3 ports than many retailed PCs, external SATA drive connectors, etc. There again it did cost me north of a grand nearly a dozen years back.

High-spec'd because it runs (Adobe) Lightroom. The camera gear is cleaned up and waiting to go (again). And stored stuff on CF cards is currently being imported into Lightroom.

Sounds as if we might see some pics soon?
