Feel free to identify them as they are all flies to me ;-)

Thanks Wendy, but I don't think it is. Mine doesn't have any spots around it's 'Pronoton', or as commoners like me would say, on it's collar ...
Hitching a ride on hubby's jacket lol
Now what's a carpet beetle doing in my bath?!?!
Going hungry ... mebbe on a post xmas diet? Lol
Your carpet beetle reminds of a funny thing we had this year. In fact it may have started last year. We got quite a few of these little moths known as Case bearing clothes moths (Tinea pellionella).
I looked at what they ate & pulled all the woolly blankets out of the wardrobe & checked the carpets but no sign of infestation. All this year we've had odd ones & twos on walls that I've thrown out. Then in September, planning a hospital visit for OH, I got his old slippers out of the rack (been there 9yrs since we moved in as he never wears them). Oh dear ! The fleecy lining was a pile of dust, both slippers completely eaten. It was amazing. I never ever thought of looking there. Anyway he has a nice new pair now along with his new hip !
Best wishes
