After yet another successful year on the Odds & Sods thread, initially started I think by Hazy, it might be wise to kickstart the 2023 thread off.

I found yesterday what I thought was an ordinary beetle, but on googling it appears it is a Weevil. Possibly about 10mm in length. I was taking a few shots on the kitchen worktop, then it fell off and I lost it ... . The nearest kind I could find was a Naupactus Leucoloma (white-fringed weevil), but as it seems there aren't any in the UK, it's not ...
