I thought I was start a new thread dedicated to our beautiful wee Dunnocks and hope you will share all your fabulous Dunnock pics aswell. These wee birds don't get the credit they deserve and are often mistaken for allsorts of other birds.
Please feel free to add your pics

One of my favourites!
Another of those wonderful moments when bird, less than 5 yards away, allows you to photograph them. Moving ever so slowly, I was able to extend my monopod, attach camera, bring whole contraption up and start snapping. This bird even let me move (very slowly) a few feet to my right to get into a better position - no twigs in the way. It calmly preened itself for several minutes.
I know you are there, I'm just choosing to ignore you.
Oooo, itchy wing pits.
Hmmm, are you still there?
This really isn't on. Can't a Dunnock have some privacy while abluting?
Well, must get on with clean. A good fluff to start with.
A good scratch here.
And another one here.
Don't even ask what I am doing here.
There is a surprising amount of blue on a Dunnock.
I shall have another go down here.
Hurrumph! You still here? Buzz off.
90% luck, 5% field craft, 5% camera skills.
Juvenile Dunnock, deep in a hedge so high ISO and lots of noise

Benji

New for this year. Been hopping about the lawn drying his (?) new feathers out in the sun.
Nice shot Simonali. Looks like a young 'un to me ...
