I thought I was start a new thread dedicated to our beautiful wee Dunnocks and hope you will share all your fabulous Dunnock pics aswell. These wee birds don't get the credit they deserve and are often mistaken for allsorts of other birds.
Please feel free to add your pics

I just went looking for some shots of the Dunnock here and I don't have any!!! I know I've seen one or two but they must be elsewhere this year
Well captured Linda. Is that a bit of lunch on the floor just in front of the Dunnock?
No not at all BD, he was sharing the spot with a male BB...no bribery took place this time
Lovely photo Linda
Aw thanks ILR...hope your sticking around and sharing some of your wonderful pics with us
Got a young dunnock here finally. Been a disasterous year for breeding birds (apart from maybe martins and swifts). Had a 'teenage' robin helping in the garden this week too. Late July.....better than never, but very late for those here.
SnappyMac said:It was singing, until I pointed the camera...
And dunnocks can be very tuneful when in full song.
Oh well, working with animals and all that, etc
