I thought I was start a new thread dedicated to our beautiful wee Dunnocks and hope you will share all your fabulous Dunnock pics aswell. These wee birds don't get the credit they deserve and are often mistaken for allsorts of other birds.
Please feel free to add your pics

From my new camera, a dunnock sunning itself, with 100-400 lens plus 2x convertor, set to 400mm making 800mm zoom
and down the garden, again at 800mm....

Thank you PB.
I'm not sure if you're monitoring my Moving to Mirrorless thread (link below), but I'm enjoying a very exciting and stunning journey from DSLR to mirrorless at the moment. So I was amazed at the clarity as well, because the 100-400 lens is superb, and is good with the 2x extender, which on the 5D4 is manual focus, but with the new R5, full AF!

PimperneBloke said:Yes, reading it with interest because things have conspired to provide me with the means to follow in your steps, but with Nikon. I was going to ask, was the lens designed for mirrorless, or used with an adaptor?
Yes you can, and as with Canon, you will need an adaptor.
Whether all lenses can be used via the adaptor or not, I don't know, but if you do make the move, please join the thread and share your experiences, its about moving to mirrorless, so can encompass all brands.
