I got this at Minsmere back in June - I'm pretty sure it's a four-spotted chaser:

Wow! That's superb Clare. Love the detail in the wings. Super sharp ... 

That was nothing short of miraculous. I not only got the shot, it actually came out nice and clear - and I recognized the species! I don't photograph insects very much and my ID skills for them are very shaky.

Ditto with not doing the insects much, but Clare the four spotted chaser is just terrific, who would believe the colouration, well done.

Spiders aren’t insects there in a different family called Arachnids. But its still a very good photo. Iv done a thread just for spiders if you would like to share it there aswell

With the photo at the bottom even though it’s quiet dark I still think it’s good.
