My first sightings of banded damselflies for 2021, but there will be more to come
And a second visit to Middleton Lakes, and the banded damselflies suddenly came from nowhere!

I was so happy to spend 10 mins this morning with this Dragonfly, not sure which one it is, similar to Southern hawker maybe?
EDIT
Think it is a Golden ringed Dragonfly as have just seen that the local area Cors Coch get them there.

Not to well up on Dragonflys Gaynor, but you got a nice capture of it, I am busy at the moment moving house so just had five mins in the back garden and got this Common Blue Damselfly.
A few Common and Ruddy Darters from last week.
