Lovely pic of the Buzzard Hazy in the clear blue sky. Nice to see the rainbow and it's shadow:-) Raining here too, and looks dodgy for the next few days.

One of the garden Robins looking after my beans this afternoon, we think it might be nesting around the back of our pergola. I'd be really happy if he hoovered up the blackfly on the beans.

Thank you Hazel and Gaynor, its becoming quite a friendly Robin and follows us around when working in the garden. It also has the tendency to suddenly appear within a couple of feet of your face at times, quite startling.

Couldn't detect any movement!

Hi Wendy, they certainly sound like young Jackdaws in-between the tweets of the house sparrows. It used to be a comical sight when in our last garden the juveniles would constantly harass their parents for food, following them around the garden with wings (and beak ! ) flapping constantly lol

Thanks for confirmation aitch, be glad to catch sight of them in the trees or cliff face, doubt they'll come in the garden !

If they do turn up in your garden this is what you will see     LOL
