New male who I've named Colin gave us a miss over Xmas & New Year's day so was very pleased to see him this afternoon, giving me a reason to start new thread in the hope there's some romance this year!
Grim & grey day here so light was bad for pics @ almost 15.00
Resolution in vid was a great improvement ... he looks almost too pretty to be a boy!! Trademark ending though ... start as you mean to go on!

Lot to learn
IMAGICAT
Catch up with Colin's latest visits
9th @ 17.53 in very gloomy, wet conditions & through d/g window
**GORY** meal of stretchy vole on 10th @ 17.01 on much brighter evening
Back again today @ 11.55 in quite a different tree to the norm, only briefly though
Something to watch during this current bout of diabolical weather ... my favourite Kestrel ... Colin
Was here on 12th Oct eating whilst battling strong winds
Back again on 14th perching on cliff ledge looking around
Then a huge gap in visits although saw him once but too brief for pics ... a contributing factor could be that the corner house under his nest hole has been sold & new peeps are inside doing many renovations with much crashing & banging ... didn't deter him in bad weather of yesterday when he brought prey to the nest
He came back with prey to TP around 17.00 but it was well & truly too dark for any pics! Maybe he's gotten used to the noise in the house?

Lovely to get our Colin fix! As always he is looking splendid in the sunshine. Hopefully he will be getting used to the new noisy neighbour's and will return soon. We did not have much rain up here today but has been quite windy with it set to be gusting at 70mph at 7pm!! I can hear is ramping up, think I will move into the kitchen or go to bed as I hate the noise roaring behind me and the debris clicking on the glass!!
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
