THIS THREAD IS NOW DISCONTINUED, please add to the new 2020 thread HERE
Often we don't have enough photos to create a full thread so thought I'd start an Odds & Sods thread where you may want to add a pic or two when you don't have enough for their own thread . Feel free to add your rogues gallery here !
I only had a couple of pics today, one a Treecreeper and the other a very hacked off looking Great Egret huddled against the reeds trying to keep warm !

Willow Tits from a brief walk at a local nature reserve today.
Happy New Year everyone! I decided to go and track the Snow Buntings at St. Mary's Lighthouse this morning as there has been regular sightings for a while. I managed to get my first sighting last year at South Shields but they were very distant and the bunting stayed a seconds before flying away. So this time, I was determined to look for them again. It wasn't hard finding them and boy were they confiding, there were a few times when a runner would zoom past and I thought they'd take off but they were not skittish at all! Hopefully I'll get out more and post more often again!
I especially love the Goldie photos, Alan, they are nature's own Christmas decorations--thanks!
Kind regards, Ann
