Good morning!

Bit nippy this weekend wasn't it? Looks like we're winter is catching up with us.

So, for today's Monday's magic moment I thought I'd pick one of the true spectacles of this time of year: a starling murmuration. This image is taken in Wiltshire, and, I think, is just a fantastic shot. It's got sunset and captures the the beautiful fluid movements of the starlings. You might not be able to spot it at this small size, but there is actually a peregrine underneath the flock, looking for a pre-roost snack to sustain through the cold winter's night.
