Christine Milner, our long-serving and hugely valued Visitor Centre volunteer is rapidly ascending to the position of stoat photographer laurite. Last year we featured a sequence of thrillingly grizzly pictures that Chris captured of a 'buck' rabbit falling victim to the tenacious, gladiatorial stoat on Lodmoor. The venue is the same as before but the prey this time a brown rat - another non-native pest cut down by the plucky, pint sized predator.
My sincere apologies for the inexplicable wall of grey. I have a deep-seated loathing of computers and I think that they now know it. Not that I am paranoid but I sometimes feel that Bill Gates invented Microsoft just to annoy me.
Thanks once again to Chris for the wonderful pictures and sorry that the reproductions above are not of the first order.
Well done Chris right place right time, great pictures
