Brad - just read you email on the comparative success of other Scottish sites. I think it is early days for us still. Kate and I have been there three times over the past week, and although the numbers have been a bit low, we have had great displays, and the table has been cleared within the hour. All the visitors were thrilled - evert time! And the location is very hard to beat!
I'll give a few more considered responses to the points raised in your email a bit more privately over email.
I've posted a few recent pics on the gallery. Note that 2011 bird, 6E, was there on 25th March.
Cheers
Seamus
That's the impression I always get when I'm up there, there might not be many birds but they certainly do us proud. Apart form the stove in the visitor centre at Argaty I have to agree with you on location, and you'll be please to know we don't have the worst track up to the centre either.
Oooooh, a stove you say.....now THERE'S an idea!!!
