Hello everyone,

As Covid restrictions ease around the country, here's an update on the visitor facilities at both Titchwell and Snettisham reserves.

At both reserves, car parks, trails and hides remain open.

At Titchwell, we continue to keep the following facilities open:

  • Meet & Greet - Will continue from outside of the Welcome Hub.
  • Shop - Open. Please continue to wear masks once inside and maintain distancing from staff, volunteers and other visitors. 1-2-1 binocular / telescope sessions are available with our expert team of advisers. Drop in or pre-book a session: bit.ly/3cxpWis
  • Café - Open. Takeaway food & beverages available, with a choice of indoor or outdoor seating.
  • Hides - Open. Whilst we have removed maximum capacities from all hides, we are asking people to kindly adhere to the Government guideline of “Hands, Face, Space, Fresh Air”.
  • Toilets - Open. We're very pleased that our main toilet block is currently undergoing renovation. Meanwhile, we have temporary loos situated in the car park, including accessible loos. Toilet are open from 9:00am-5:00pm.
  • Activities - Open. We have pond dipping and a nature trail available for children to enjoy throughout the summer holidays.
  • Guided walks - We hope to have our regular walks up and running again soon. In the meantime, we can still offer bespoke private guided walks by contacting us at titchwell@rspb.org.uk
  • You will still be able to use the NHS Test and Trace app to check-in here.

We continue to ask that you respect other visitors also enjoying the reserves, by keeping your distance and by wearing face masks when inside the shop, cafe and hides (if you are able). Card payments are preferred, for the safety of staff and visitors.

Sanitiser stations will continue to be stationed around the reserves and at the entrances to hides.
