Are you looking for a career within the conservation sector but lacking experience?
We are looking for enthusiastic and conscientious individuals to join our volunteer internship programme in March 2019 or September 2019. There roles on the warden team are for 12 months and on the visitor operations teams for 6 or 12 months.
This is your chance to join and support Europe’s largest conservation charity in one of the most important regions for conservation in the UK. You will get the opportunity to work at two reserves, develop new skills, gain important experience, learn about reserve management and develop your supervisory skills. You will have the chance to work alongside like-minded and enthusiastic RSPB staff and volunteers.
You will be supported in your role by a Warden or Visitor Experience Manager mentor and will be provided with accommodation on your allocated reserves.
