We started our first hobby watch today, and have more volunteers offering to be on the rota in the coming weeks. We've only spotted one chick today, so we hope the other youngster is still in the nest but just keeping low.The next session will be on Sunday 22nd between 11 am and approx. 4pm. Just follow the Buzzard (blue) signposted trail across the drive from the shop to get to the hobby watch point.

The summer trail is going up this afternoon ready for the big kick-off to the school hols. Around 80 children from Potton Middle School have just set off on the walk back after spending the morning here for their last day of term-day out. Have a great summer holiday everyone!

Over the weekend we'll have dragonfly making and other hands-on activities in the Visitor Centre, the den building area, the summer trail and spotter sheets will all be here to enjoy and help you discover nature. and the RSPB shop will be ready for the busy time ahead- no doubt with lots of ice-creams to be sold!
