Only 5 birds present today 8th February in the Aldi car park at Pitsea. At least we had some sunshine which brings out the colours on these winter visitors.
Fantastic pic! Wish our pics came out half as good lol! We was amazed to see 12 Waxwing's at the end of our garden today feeding on the red berries. Sadly though we do not have a quality camera, so the pictures we took arent very good, The quality is very poor, but still a very rare treat to see such a beautiful little bird, Never seen one before.
Walking around a reserve, gives you a release from any troubles or worrys one may have..... total at peace with nature!!!!!! :)
