Unknown small fungus

Emerging from horse dung on Vange Marsh. Pretty, considering the circumstances ;-)

  • Excellent image Dave, it could be Panaeolus sphinctrinus, but I know little about fungi. Some info below, I believe the dung fungi are a tricky family and all are inedible.
