The best insects reported have been Southern Migrant Hawker Dragonflies, Scarece Emerald Damselflies and Brown Argus Butterflies.

Most of the birds of interest have been on the water. Common, Green and Wood Sandpipers have been recorded. Three Garganey were seen on one of the islands on the fresh water scrape and several Little Ringed Plover were seen around the scrape.

Finally one observer reported a Spotted Flycatcher near the horse stables.
