Hello everyone!

how are you?

I've just been over to have a look at Draper hide to see what wildlife is about...

There are two black-tailed godwits, two green sandpipers, two lapwing, two little egrets, a teal, gadwall, pochard, mallard, tufted duck, coot, moorhen, black headed gull, common tern, mute swan and cormorant.

The black-tailed godwits are lovely to see. We don't see then that often, and they are looking lovely!

Kingfisher update:
The kingfishers at the Kingfisher hide are feeding young. Keep an eye out as they will be bringing in fish to the bank!

The kingfishers at the Gadwall hide - we are pretty sure the first brood of young have fledged, but they adults have been hanging around the bank and investigating - perhaps they will be starting a second brood soon! Keep your eyes pealed!
