Campaign: Thames Estuary Airport e-action
The Thames Estuary is globally recognised, and protected, because of it's vital coastal wetland for thousands of wildfowl and wading birds. The idea of an airport in the Thames Estuary has been catapulted back to prominence by the Mayor of London. However, any airport would cause immense damage to the wildlife and environment. If you’ve got something to say about the possibility of an airport being built in vital migration hub for hundreds of thousands of wildfowl and wading birds, then speak up now by signing this e-action. Click here to sign the e-action. This year, all proceeds raised in the East will support our farmland bird projects. The week runs from 26 May to the 2 June. Help us beat last year’s amount of £10,000.
