There is a little egret over at the Draper hide!

It's nice to see, we don't see them that often!

 

 

Little egret info:
Little egrets are a lovely small white heron with yellow feet. They have lovely plumes of feathers on their neck/ head, back and chest.
They are now found on numerous south coast sites as a breeding species and a wintering species. Little egrets are listed as Amber list as a rare breeding species (more about bird status by clicking here). They are a fish eater. For more information about the little egret click on the picture!
