I visited Ouse Fen reserve on Wednesday 9th January and was pleasantly surprised to see up to 5 Marsh Harriers hunting at any one time - the 4 in this photo came together a number of times, though I wouldn't say that they hunting co-cooperatively.. Its looked plausible that some of the activity was in 'loose' pairs at times though.
