  • Hello! I have only visited Northward Hill twice - and really enjoyed my visits there. Whereabout is the best place to view Bearded Tits on the reserve?

  • In reply to Skinnysox:

bearded tits are very elusive and sightings are very rare! If you walk from the cherry orchard gates across the sty labled "strictly no dogs" and down to the corner of the field there is a bench there near the reed beds where they were sighted. Try listening out for the distinctive pinging noise they make. Goodluck!

  • In reply to Dominique:

Thanks Dominique - I kind of figured they would be somewhere in that area!

Will look out for them next time I visit...
