Seasons greetings!
 
Watching the calm golden sunset from the visitor centre it's hard to believe that the day started off with howling wind and rain.
 
If you're planning a visit to the reserve in the next week the trails and hides are open as normal although flooding and high winds may affect this.
The visitor centre is open on the following days and times:
Christmas Eve: 10-4
Christmas Day: closed
Boxing Day: 11-3
Thursday 27th: 10-4
Friday 28th: 10-4
Saturday 29th: 10-4
Sunday 30th: 10-4
To check reserve conditions ahead of your visit please call the visitor centre on 01387 780579 and a member of the team will respond between the hours above.
 
There is a wildlife photography exhibition by Black Box Photographic on display in the Sulwath Centre which will be open the same times as the visitor centre.
