Having been out the office for a number of days I was looking forward to having a look round as the summer migrants start to appear. I was slightly peeved to find that winter has returned again - fresh snow at home, howling north easterly wind and unsurprisingly no birds to be seen other than 120 teal and about 20 wigeon.
The good news is that the gulls are all back on the island in front of the centre having vanished for a few days it is great to have the noise again.
Hopefully this will magically appear on the recent sightings page as well but at this stage I am not sure
