    Here's hoping we see Nora and Monty soon.  Such a lovely view on the webcam.  Would be lovely to see our birds sitting there.  Let's also hope for better weather this year.

    Forgot to mention that Dyfi said on Facebook that two osprey were spotted at a reservoir 54 miles due south of Dyfi yesterday and they're hoping it might be...

    I really expect it to be on her right leg. At least that is where it was last time I saw it.

    Ospreys can lose their Darvic rings and perhaps even their metal rings. There was such a bird reported from Loch of the Lowes yesterday.

    Heheh, Tiger, you got me.  I meant to say right leg and she's changed it to left leg.  Ah well, joke falls flat yet again... (it's just my cunning plan to try and confuse everyone, honest!)
