Sorry, Keith, I posted under RW because I thought it was Orange ZT that was from there, not his mate at Pipers Dam.

Just one thought before you do that; the Orange ZT pictured at Blagdon isn't obviously missing any talons - at least not in the pics I've seen to date - and also has a rather dark breast band.......

Or is the ring really orange or like Henry's?

I agree, the talons are fine on perusing the photos in the light of the info above. I'm also not quite sure it is ZT from zooming in. Gets more confusing not less.
But is it like Henry ?

The pic on Avon birds looks like a female but the ring number looks like ZT here
