Rutland Osprey Team off to Africa next week
Just tried PATILY. No picture showing
This is a guess. There is a meeting at Rutland tonight for all the volunteers so it is possible that the normal routine has been disrupted to allow all involved to attend the function.
Birdies LG DU update.

Pairing up with her half brother would not be a great idea. Nor would taking on the resident female at Manton Bay. She is tough.
Many thanks Tiger for the link lovely photos and video clip of 09 on her nest after her arrival! So another Osprey has returned, great news, now we look forward to 5Rs return! These two are very early arent they?

Yes these are early but not record breaking as far as the UK goes. I do believe that 11 (98) at Glaslyn has been back on 16th March before now.

[/quote]Oh yes Mrs 5R is tough and 00/09 a determined Osprey and fiesty and interesting, last year, 00/09 and 5N a true sister of 5R had a dalience. 00/09 a nuisance is that what you call it at Dyfi also. We cannot tell them what to do and interesting times ahead :) Mrs 5R no nonsense. My hopes are 5N finds a male again this year. I think 09 will be a good mum if she finds a nest and partner as she is persistant and interesting :)
