Hi Alan
The Osprey was still at Warnham Nature Reserve, Sussex this morning, we got some good views as it sat across the lake from the reserve and as it fished until it was mobbed so much it went elswhere. Couple of poor pics below.

Do we know if it is the same one?
ChloeB & Tiger's Osprey Data
Latest message this morning says it was still there this morning, at first light.

Chloe - if Shane manages to see it today and get a photograph he can compare, as didnt it have some identifying nicks in its wing, or is that another Osprey??? maybe its the Shoreham/Adur Osprey that has the nick in its wing, but is this the same Osprey as the Warnham one? Anyway no matter what will be nice to see if he finds it or not today.
Remember last year though, the young juvenile osprey who was spotted right up until November 25th at the Lodge @ Sandy, incredible to still be around so late, I often think about that young Osprey, did he make it to Africa or wherever and is he still soaring high in the sky!!!! We will never know!

How amazing. In the photo of the Osprey feeding, it does look like a juvenile but the one just sitting in the tree looks like an adult to me. Anyone else? Yes MARY, now that you mention it I too remember the young Osprey spotted at the Lodge, Sandy. I think that was mentioned in a Birds mag too
O course , the expected much colder weather this weekend may move it on.
It's here again but has landed just out of sight but here's hoping it moves soon, I don't think its the same bird it looked darker and heavier.
Thank you so much for your instant update SHANE. If anybody should remember the first bird, with all your photographs and observations, it has to be you.
It is the Adur/Warnham bird, I. Saw the nick in the second primary, poor photo to follow later, it has flown off but hopefully it will return.
Wonderful Shane, thank you for updating us so quickly, hope you get some nice photos.
Yes, great SHANE - wonderful to have such a fast update
