Well according to Roy Dennis he expects them to overwinter in Brittany in the future when the old climate change kicks in. I posted a link about ospreys beginning to overwinter in Chesapeake Bay in the USA the other day.

Tiger I too am anxiously waiting to hear Stan's update - he must be exhausted and my concern is that he so very nearly went out over the ocean again.

He is probably seeing his agent so that he can best exploit his news status as champion osprey. Mind you he may be diqualified for straying off course :)
