How many of us are torn between dread and hope for the new day to come?
The peace and quiet of the LG nest is punctuated solely by unalarming chick noises. Long may that last.

Okay would the intruder Osprey who kidnapped the smart, brave and tactically aware Bravery and replaced him with this cowering chick, Please return Odin and EJ's chick to their nest. Thanks.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Think he has had all the stuffing knocked out of him and now he is too weak to even be bothered to feed.
HERON, the chick has been tortured into submission. Even this morning it tried to stand up to #2 but it is too small, it had been attacked several times before the fish arrived. Did you watch the earlier video I posted?
Here is the fish delivery and some of the feed, can't keep eyes open any longer.

I'll help steady the ladder lol
Annette in SoCal Maybe we can arrange for someone from Dyfi to pop over and intervene here; maybe kidnap #3 away and give it a good meal and some TLC? Sorry, being silly.

I'd like to see somebody kidnap No.2, tape its beak and let it see what it feels like to go hungry for a minimum of 24hrs!
Would at least give No.3 an opportunity to feed properly and perhaps get it's brave personality back again :).
Sorry about that folks - seems like my quoting of a previous post hadn't registered in my reply - hope that's corrected it!

Sadly I fear you could be right, Pam :-(
Feed over and no attempt to feed by #3. Hope s/he doesn't suffer for too long as I can't see it surviving now.
I've posted a retort to HERON and the fish delivery video on the previous page. Good Night! Have strength! :-*
Morning, Olliebeak :-)
Scylla. I did watch your earlier vid. Bravery is worryingly smaller than his siblings.
Once a wild creature gives up on life then thats it.
Unlike humans there is no happy pill to be popped.
The poor little mite :-(
I do hope Im wrong and he/she pulls through but it needs to feed look how quickly the Dyfi chick perished.
A very old Shropshire Lad.
EJ's just flown off. Hopefully she'll return with a massive fish, and Bravery might at least get something to eat once the other two are stuffed.
