I could find only 1/one record of UK sighting, others were of lost signals or death abroad.

Thanks so much Helen, just knowing at least one bird returned is great, sooo much better than none! Interesting that that bird was seen but not at loch garten, gives hope that there may be more EJ young around unobserved. I've seen ospreys fishing at Lochindorb, wonderful place.

Just reread your post Helen, was Green 2E a chick from the Olive/Ollie era? Even if so the fact it returned but not recorded at the natal nest still gives room for hope that recent chicks may be about somewhere unseen.

Green2E was born in 2000, no tracking device and last seen in 2015. Chick was a male to Olive and Ollie.
