I have always felt that we should have a thread for EJ as well as Odin.
My countdown clock says that we might expect her to swoop into Loch Garten 76 days from now. I hjope it has warmed up by then.

She is a beauty.

Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Lucky you Clare, I saw her last week, quick glimpse on Wed but had 40 minutes on Friday. It was just fab. Lovely to see when she appears on the big screens.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Clare, You saw EJ in person? Lucky you!
I'm so pleased she kindly flew somewhere I could actually see her. She was on a distant tree when I arrived - she eventually flew to the camera tree to eat the remains of a fish before heading to the nest to tidy up a bit. I didn't see any of her growing collection of suitors, though. I'm not surprised she has so many, she is a stunningly beautiful bird.
