Well it has been one of those worrying days again. It started out fine with both Odin and EJ seemingly enjoying their reunion.
Then sometime during the morning it was noticed that EJ was no longer on the nest. This was not worrying to begin with but as the hours passed it certainly concerned the viewers on here.
The weather at Loch Garten has been generally foul today and has become even worse tonight with snow falling.
So is there a problem or not? Personally I do not think so as ospreys have been known to go walkies before (well maybe they flying equivalent of walkies whatever that is).
In 2005 EJ went AWOL for a whole nine days. It was thought that she was sulking because Henry had smashed her eggs.
I guess viewers will be tuning in at first light to see if she has returned.
Anyway I think it is a bit too early to panic!

Evening all: Well, now you're all awake and logged on, I'm going to sign off and go to bed. Will be interesting to see who, if anyone, shows up on the nest today.
Take care all.
Night Annette. I am not holding out much hope to see any of them today

Hi and goodnight ANNETTE.
Lol MOFFER @ spot the nest ;-D
O-oh, cam's gawn black :-( It did it just now but came back on - and it has again! Doesn't look good though for stability. Not that there's likely to be anything for us to see.
IMAGICAT
Maybe someone's replacing with HD ;-)
PPS - It's going down both in VLC and Carnyx.
Just reading other blogs - and noticed that cam is on/off/on/off ...
Syclla: Replacing with HD? Ha! In our dreams (at least this year). :-)
Carynx is back on
I don't think we will miss much today if it goes down :(
Now all of the cameras are Down. I am going to bed
