Thank you, Tiger and Chloe - I enjoyed both of these! Poor old Monty - he looks as though he's just endured a hard night on the tiles! I think that's the first picture I've seen of him that's not complimentary.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
