Hi everyone. If you didn't check the last few pages of the previous week, it was very busy. I'm going to catch up all the latest posts after dinner.

Alan: :-) No big deal on the White TF question. I was just doing stupid, boring house cleaning today and needed something to think about besides the questionable stuff evolving inside my refrigerator!!! Poor, patient Tiger probably wishes I'd go back to cleaning my filthy house and stop asking questions. LOL
Diane: I have a Bed, Bath & Beyond near me and am amazed at the number of "new" kitchen gadgets that are totally unecessary. Have you tried Amazon for sugar shakers? The White TF question may turn out to be quite pertinent come March, and we'll need to know all about him/her.
Stay safe all.
Morning ( 9.20am) all. Another cold morning here temp -20C sky is getting pinkish, sunrise today 9.31 sunset 15.05.
Lindybird: I had planned to give that Roy Dennis book to myself as Christmas present, but could not resist to take a wee look when it arrived. I was immediately hooked and had to struggle to put it down after reading two chapters :) It is so well written and not too scientific or difficult language. Now I hid it from myself `cause if I continue reading it today, I will be late from work
Have a nice Friday everyone and stay upright and safe!

OH tells me that my Roy Dennis book has arrived and he has whisked it away from my sight and even wrapped it up so I don't peek. And there was me thinking it might not arrive in time... Auntie, you should wrap yours!
Minus 20C makes our temps sound pathetic but I suppose it's what we're used to. No snow on the Solway but still minus something. Hasn't rained so no black ice today.Sunrise 8.33, sunset 3.46.

No problem Diane. I love questions. Even better when they are followed up and lead to new questions.
Morning all from TI,
Well Lady P got back last night after the flight from Dublin being delayed by an hour and a half, the plane circling Stanstead for about 20 mins and finally skidding on the snowy runway. Eventually arrived here at a quarter to one.
Lots of snow this morning and it is snowing again now.
Temp -0.4c , feels like -3c , Sunrise 08:06 , Sunset 15:47.
Here is a photo taken earlier today:

WOW Alan that's a whole lot of snow. Lovely pic.
It snowed here in Cheshire last night but not as much as that. Only a frozen sprinkling remains this morning.
Alan - that explains why you were finding all those interesting links yesterday, you were waiting for Lady P until the early hours. I thought you wouldn't have time for any of that. Has she found where you tidied away all the detritus from footie watching?
