Up-date on Dulas.

Dyfi Osprey Project

Day 1 of Dulas' rather traumatic migration! There are some GPS readings missing from the early part of his journey. If these arrive on the next download I'll add them to his route. I'm fairly confident poor Dulas probably spent a blustery night perched on a wind turbine in the offshore Gunfleet Sands Wind Farm. He appears to have made small hops between turbines; his altitude has consistently registered as 10 metres so he's probably found a relatively sheltered low level platform to perch on. No more data will be available until late Wednesday evening, by which time he'll hopefully be back on course and somewhere less precarious. Vicky
