In response to the demand for an osprey chat thread I am now making one for September 2011. I guess there will be quite a bit to chat about given the success of the extension thread.

I presume it is the Rothiemurchus fish farm but I do not know.
Yes its Rothiemurchus Fish Farm taken in August this year by Pete Cairns of Northshots, who is one of Scotland's best wildlife photographers
WOW We have been blessed with great photos this year!!
Great captures of Rothes, Odin in a magnificent pose with his wings outstretched and now EJ flying with what looks like a fish.
Great find that photo of EJ!
Just looking in as I'm off out to do a walk down to Arundel. I'll keep an eye out for Rothiemurchus - he probably sat out the weather yesterday, but it could be a migrating day today down here.
Sue. Arundel is lovely. I visited it some years ago to see the castle.
Yes keep your eyes peeled for Rothiemurchus.
I wonder if Pete Cairns has any more pictures in his camera of that day when he saw EJ fishing. Even if he doesn't consider them great we would be thrilled to see them.
Yes there are other pictures over on Facebook and Flickr. I will give links when I have time.

Day 100. We've had a rather uncomfortable night. Unconfirmed coordinates have been coming in of Dulas remaining around five miles off the Essex coast in the sea hardly moving. We were convinced that he's succumbed to the sea and that he was just floating around with the current - strange thing was, he was consistently showing a 10m altitude, Theory - we think he's on a wind turbine plant flying from one turbine to another. Google Earth points coming up and a jpeg of his last known position, Ems
