High starting off thread with a ghostly picture. Been high drama through the day - some of it quite comical. Bynack kept us entertained with his prolonged screeching at one point. In other words a quite normal day for our osprey family.!!!!!!

Oh no - Thursday already. I need to give in too. Happy osprey viewing to those of you lucky people out there who can watch at will. I must go. Bye for now.
I wonder if the osspring will turn up at some stage tonight to nestle down and sleep together?
Am also wondering if the Centre staff will clear out the nest during the off-season, so's at least they start off with an uncluttered bed.
IMAGICAT
Evening all: Just dropping by. Day cam is on; nest is empty. Daughter is visiting so chatting with her.
Thanks Lynette for starting us off!
After reading all of yesterday's post I was very please to see that docile Bynack has turned into a little fighter for his food. I was worried about him because he always backed off if Tore wanted the fish first. His fledging certainly did give him courage.
I thought it was interesting when Bynack lost control of the live fish EJ let him try to capture it before she jumped in to rescue the situation. She is such a good Mum. She knows they must learn to handle these situations and she lets them try before she comes to the rescue .
She was standing right there and would not have allowed the fish to go over the edge if Bynack could not secure it .
There are times I feel sorry for the fish

Good morning No sign of the birds but one chirruppinh off camera Bynack ? Eventful day yesterday Bynack's being 5 days younger than Tore, does not seem to matter now
Morning everyone - thanks to Lynette for starting us off, and thanks to all for pics & videos since I was last on.
Looks like its all quiet on the nest, one Osprey in the tree not sure who it is as the picture is too dark.
Wonder what adventures our family will get up to today.
