EJ & Odin must both be away fishing. They would never allow another Osprey to land on their nest.

EJ just brought in a whale and her and Tore had a "tug of fish" over it. EJ finally won
At one point EJ had the head and Tore the tail and they were really going at it
EJ was flapping her wings at Tore and hanging on for all the strength she had to keep the fish .
Bynack was standing by watching the fracas

I am sure EJ knew there is no way they could tear that fish to feed themselves. Big ones like that are old and tough
